摘要
目的探讨附芪抗衰方在冠心病合并心衰的辅助治疗作用。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月在厦门市翔安区新店街道社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的110例冠心病合并心衰的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组接受常规西药治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上加用附芪抗衰方治疗。比较两组患者的心功能、明尼苏达心衰生活质量量表评分、Lee氏心衰评分、心衰院内死亡率评分和中医证候积分。结果治疗后,观察组左心室射血分数、E/A比值、每搏输出量高于对照组,而左心室室壁厚度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组明尼苏达心衰生活质量量表评分、Lee氏心衰评分、心衰院内死亡率评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论附芪抗衰方可显著改善老年冠心病合并心衰患者的心功能,并且有效缓解临床症状和加快康复进程。
Objective To explore the adjuvant therapeutic effect of fuqi anti-aging formula on coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods One hundred and ten patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who received treatment in Xiang’an District Xintiang Street Community Health Service Center of Xiamen from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group received treatment with fuqi anti-aging formula on the basis of the control group.The heart function,scores of Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire,Lee’s heart failure,in-hospital mortality and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome between two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,E/A ratio,and stroke volume in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the left ventricular wall thickness was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire,Lee’s heart failure,and in-hospital mortality rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuqi anti-aging formula can significantly improve the cardiac function of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and accelerate the recovery process.
