摘要
心房颤动(Atrial Fibrillation,AF)是临床最常见的心律失常之一,患病率、复发率、致残率均较高,常合并高血压、冠心病等心血管疾病。心房颤动会增加心脏负荷,影响心脏功能,甚至导致心力衰竭,同时还会增加血栓形成和血栓栓塞的风险,诱发脑卒中等心脑血管不良事件,严重影响患者生活质量和预后,因此需注重房颤患者的长期综合康复管理。现代医学治疗心房颤动虽取得进展,但仍存在一定的局限性。中医康复借助药物与非药物干预的协同联动,在改善心房颤动康复效果方面发挥着良好的辅助治疗作用,在房颤综合康复管理中展现出独特优势。本文系统梳理了中医康复在心房颤动治疗中的研究进展,重点围绕中药、中医外治法、运动康复干预措施,对节律和室率控制、心脏结构和功能恢复、改善预后并提高生活质量等方面的临床研究进行归纳与分析,旨在全面呈现中医康复的干预策略及其效果,为后续研究提供依据。
Atrial fibrillation(AF)is one of the most common clinical arrhythmias,characterized by high prevalence,recurrence rate,and disability rate.It is often associated with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and coronary heart disease.AF exacerbates cardiac burden,impairs cardiac function,and may even progress to heart failure.Additionally,it elevates the risk of thrombosis and thromboembolism,triggering adverse events like stroke in the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems,which significantly compromises patients'quality of life and prognosis.Therefore,long-term comprehensive rehabilitation management for AF patients warrants emphasis.While modern medicine has advanced in AF treatment,certain limitations remain.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rehabilitation,through the synergistic effects of both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical interventions,exerts a favorable auxiliary therapeutic role in achieving AF rehabilitation goals and demonstrates unique advantages in comprehensive rehabilitation management.This article systematically reviews the research progress of TCM rehabilitation in AF treatment,focusing on clinical studies of TCM herbal medicine,external TCM therapies,and exercise rehabilitation interventions,particularly in terms of rhythm and ventricular rate control,recovery of cardiac structure and function,and improvement of prognosis and quality of life.The objective is to comprehensively illustrate the intervention strategies and effects of TCM rehabilitation,thereby providing a foundation for subsequent research.
