摘要
介绍了防静电地坪材料防静电性能的相关检测标准及防静电地坪材料现行检测标准中的常用技术指标,并对现行产品标准及通用规范中的适用范围、技术参数、指标要求、试验条件、样品要求、检测设备要求等方面的内容进行了对比分析,同时指出了现行检测标准在内容覆盖范围、标准执行实施及实验室与现场检测差异等方面存在的问题,并对相关方关于防静电地坪材料检测方法的选择提供了相应的思路和建议,为防静电地坪材料的质量检测和应用提供科学的参考依据。
This article introduces the relevant testing standards for the anti-static performance of anti-static flooring materials and the commonly used technical indicators in the current testing standards for anti-static flooring materials.It also compares and analyzes the scope of application,technical parameters,indicator requirements,test conditions,sample requirements,testing equipment requirements,and other aspects of the current product standards and general specifications.At the same time,it points out the problems that exist in the current testing standards in terms of content coverage,standard implementation,and differences between laboratory and on-site testing.Corresponding ideas and suggestions are provided for relevant parties to choose anti-static flooring material testing methods,providing scientific reference for the quality testing and application of anti-static flooring materials.
