摘要 分析了用于静电耗散性材料电阻的各种测量组件,同时依据现有国际标准给出了表面电阻、体积电阻、对地(接地点)电阻和点对点电阻的测量方法。 In this paper, the various measurement components for measuring static dissipative material resistance are analvzed. Also the surface resistance,volume resistance,, resistance to earth (ground) and point to point resistance measurement methods based on the existing internationalstandard simuhaneously are given.
