介绍了一种新型的导静电自流平地坪涂料的原理、性能指标、以及涂装工艺。表面电阻可以控制在(2.5×104～1.0×106)Ω,且具有机械性能优异、施工简便的优点。特别适用于对静电高度敏感的电子仪器、集成电路等电子元气件的生产车间和存放区域。
This article introduces a new type of staticelectricity conductive self-leveling floor coatings about theirmechanism, performances index and applicationtechnology. They are of( 2.5*10^(4)~1.0*10^(6))W resistanceand with good mechanical performance and easily appliedsuitable for the workshop and storage room of electronicequipments, integrate circuits which are sensitive to staticelectricity.
