摘要
为解决工业环境有害气体检测种类单一、数据精度低等问题,采用高精度电化学气体传感器和高精度多通道ADC,设计了一种基于FPGA的多种有害气体检测系统,用于CO、NH_(3)、H_(2)S和NO_(2)的检测。通过研究电化学气体传感器原理,设计了信号调理电路、信号采集电路和信号处理模块等。在负载电路上并联热敏电阻对传感器进行温度补偿并采用BP神经网络算法对不同传感器数据进行决策级融合以提高系统精度。所设计系统实现了μA级电化学传感器的驱动、信号调理、信号传输、数据处理和网络查看监控数据等功能,检测系统具有较高的精度和简洁直观的用户界面,平均相对误差最高为4.61%。
In order to solve the problems of single detection type and low data accuracy of hazardous gases in industrial environment,a multi-hazardous gas detection system based on FPGA is designed by using high-precision electrochemical gas sensor and high-preci-sion multi-channel ADC,which is used for the detection of CO,NH_(3),H_(2)S and NO_(2).By studying the principle of electrochemical gas sensor,the constant potential circuit and its signal conditioning circuit are designed.The parallel thermistor on the load circuit is used to compensate the temperature of the sensor,and the BP neural network algorithm is used to carry out decision level fusion of different sen-sor data to improve the system accuracy.The designed system realizes the functions ofμA class electrochemical sensor,such as driving,signal conditioning,signal transmission,data processing and network viewing of monitoring data.The detection system has high precision and simple and intuitive user interface,and the average relative error is 4.61%.
