摘要
电解液温度的恒定是确保电解加工正常进行的必要条件。以单片机STC89C54为控制核心,采用新型数字温度传感器DSl8B20,设计了单总线温度检测系统,提出多点测温的设计方案,通过中值滤波和均值滤波相复合的方法对试验数据进行处理。最后对所设计系统在模拟液体池中进行了试验验证,试验结果表明:采用设计的多通道温度检测系统测得各点电解液温度分布及变化情况与人工测量值吻合,证明了系统的正确性和有效性。
Constant electrolyte temperature is necessary for normal electrochemical machining . A 1 - Wire Bus temperature detection system based on the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 was designed, and STC89C54 microcomputer is used in the system. Digtial filter, which eomposited median filter and average filter, is designed to processing experimental data. Simulated experi- mental is performed in water container to testify the designed system, and according to the results, the measuring data and the tem- perature curve is conformed with the temperature changing situation of the water, thus the correctness and the affectivity of the system is verified.
