摘要 数据采集是传感器技术的核心应用领域,其数据质量(准确性、完整性、时效性)与安全性至关重要。文章深入剖析了传感器技术在数据采集中的关键作用、当前应用态势、核心技术挑战及应对策略。创新性地提出了一种四层异构融合数据采集系统架构,并系统阐述了通过高精度信号调理电路设计、轻量级动态加密协议与细粒度访问控制机制、以及基于卡尔曼滤波的自适应采样算法(降低无效数据量≥37%)等综合方案,有效提升数据置信度并保障数据全生命周期安全。最后,以复杂水域环境多参数水质实时监测为典型场景,验证了多传感器时空融合校准、在线自诊断及能量收集等关键技术的有效性。 Data acquisition is a core application field of sensor technology,and the quality(accura-cy,integrity,timeliness)and security of its data are of crucial importance.This paper deeply ana-lyzes the key role of sensor technology in data acquisition,the current application situation,core technical challenges,and response strategies.An innovative four-layer heterogeneous fusion data acquisition system architecture is proposed.And it systematically expounds on comprehensive so-lutions such as the design of high-precision signal conditioning circuits,lightweight dynamic en-cryption protocols and finc-grained access control mechanisms,and an adaptive sampling algo-rithm based on Kalman filtering(reducing the amount of invalid data by≥37%).These effec-tively improve data confidence and ensure the security of the entire data life cycle.Finally,tak-ing the real-time monitoring of multi-parameter water quality in complex water area environ-ments as a typical scenario,the effectiveness of key technologies such as multi-sensor spatiotem-poral fusion calibration,online self-diagnosis,and energy harvesting is verified.
