以供给侧改革弘扬教育家精神:系统观念下的高质量教师队伍建设 被引量:3

摘要 当前中国教师教育体系的突出问题,是教师教育供给侧与需求侧的严重失衡,这一问题扎根于社会文化深处,须以系统观念进行整体性思考。运用系统观念的发展性、全面性和普遍联系性眼光,可以发现弘扬教育家精神不仅是传承中华民族文化基因、优化教师教育体系的必要举措,也是推进教师队伍高质量专业化建设的关键要素,蕴含着师道文化传统、教师职业禀赋、教育供需趋势的时代诉求。系统观念指导下全面推进中国教师教育供给侧改革,须把握教育家精神的核心要义与深层内涵,以历史逻辑、制度逻辑和实践逻辑为依据,涵盖培育规格、培育模式、培育结构三重维度,通过价值澄明、情怀树立、生涯规划、能力提升四条进路,大力弘扬践行教育家精神,锻造新时代高素质专业化教师队伍。 The prominent issue in our country’s current teacher education system is the severe imbalance between the supply and demand sides of teacher education.This problem is deeply rooted in social culture and requires holistic thinking with a systematic perspective.Utilizing the developmental,comprehensive,and universally connected perspective of the systematic concept,it can be seen that promoting the spirit of educationalists is not only a necessary measure for inheriting the cultural genes of the nation and optimizing the teacher education system,but also a key element for advancing the high-quality and professional construction of the teaching force.It embodies the contemporary demands of the traditional culture of teaching,the professional endowment of teachers,and the trends in educational supply and demand.Guided by the systematic concept,the comprehensive advancement of supply-side reforms in teacher education in our country must grasp the core essence and deep connotations of the spirit of educators.Based on historical logic,institutional logic,and practical logic,it encompasses three dimensions:cultivation specifications,cultivation models,and cultivation structures.Through four approaches such as clarifying values,establishing emotions,career planning,and enhancing abilities,it vigorously promotes and practices the spirit of educators to forge a high-quality teaching force for the new era.
