摘要
本文针对县级计量机构在高阻抗绝缘电阻测量中面临的技术难点,提出了一套实用的改进方案。通过分析传统绝缘电阻测量方法的局限性,提出了改进的测量技术方案,包括防护电路优化设计、漏电流补偿及温湿度校正等关键技术。实验结果表明,改进后的测量方法在100 GΩ以上高阻测量时,测量精度提高了30%,测量重复性误差降低至2%以内。该方法可为计量检测机构提供更可靠的绝缘电阻高阻抗测量技术支持。
This article proposes a practical improvement scheme addressing the technical difficulties faced by county-level metrological institutions in high-impedance insulation resistance measurement.By analyzing the limitations of traditional insulation resistance measurement methods,an improved measurement technique is proposed,which includes key technologies such as optimized design of protective circuits,leakage current compensation,and temperature and humidity correction.Experimental results show that the improved measurement method improves measurement accuracy by 30%and reduces measurement repeatability error to within 2%when measuring high resistances above 100 GΩ.This method can provide more reliable technical support for high-impedance insulation resistance measurement to metrological testing institutions.
