摘要
轨道电路机械绝缘节用于轨道电路区段间的电气隔离,当出现绝缘电阻下降时,相邻区段间会出现“漏流”现象,严重时,越区信号将影响车载和轨道电路设备的正常工作。绝缘节绝缘电阻测量包括上道前离线测量和上道后在线测量,上道前测试采用兆欧表或万用表,测量较为准确;上道后采用轨道绝缘在线测试工具测量,由于目前国内所用测试仪表,都是在机械绝缘节两端钢轨面施加直流电压信号,根据电流和电压计算得到绝缘电阻,该绝缘电阻实际为机械绝缘节绝缘电阻和外回路的并联电阻值,无法真实反映机械绝缘节的绝缘性能。探讨一种新的测量方法,可以有效的解决机械绝缘节外回路问题,更加真实地反映机械绝缘节电阻值。
The mechanical insulated joints of track circuits are used for electrical isolation between track circuit sections.When the insulation resistance decreases,"leakage current"phenomenon may occur between adjacent sections.In severe cases,the signals crossing the area will affect the normal operation of onboard and track circuit equipment.The measurement of insulation resistance of insulated joints includes offline measurement before installation and online measurement after installation.Before installation,a megger or multimeter is used for accurate measurement.After installation,an online testing tool for track insulation is used for measurement.Currently,the testing instruments used in China only apply DC voltage signals to the steel rail surfaces at both ends of a mechanical insulated joint,and calculate the insulation resistance based on current and voltage.This insulation resistance is actually the parallel resistance value between the insulation resistance of the mechanical insulated joint and the external circuit,which cannot truly reflect the insulation performance of the mechanical insulated joint.This article explores a new measurement method that can effectively solve the problem of external circuits in mechanical insulated joints and more accurately refl ect the resistance value of these joints.
