摘要
某炼钢厂为减少在生产过程中冶炼炉次与炉次之间的成分波动,通过采取优化转炉终点控制、钢包精炼渣成分控制、LF炉扩散脱氧和钢包清洁控制技术等措施,在稳定产品性能的同时,减少了合金的加入量,提高了钢水成分的综合控制精度,熔炼成分目标值合格率由53.8%提高至80%,从而减少了合金元素的消耗,降低了生产成本,稳定了钢材产品性能。
In order to reduce the compositional fluctuations between smelting furnaces in the production process,the Second Steelmaking Plant optimized the endpoint control of the converter,the composition control of the refining slag in the ladle,the diffusion deoxidation of the LF furnace,and the cleaning control technology of the ladle.While stabilizing product performance,the amount of alloy added was reduced,and the comprehensive control accuracy of the molten steel composition was improved.The target qualification rate of the smelting composition was increased from 53.8%to 80%,thereby reducing the consumption of alloy elements,lowering production costs,and stabilizing the performance of steel products.
