摘要
介绍了自动检测系统在钢水化学成分分析中的应用与研究,主要对样品分析流程进行了研究,通过对风动送样系统、试样制备、过程统计控制等技术进行优化,最终使该自动化检测系统具有分析速度快、稳定性高,精度高等优点。自动检测线中风动送样系统采用国产本土化技术,是性价比高且运行成本低的一条全自动分析线。该系统对于钢铁冶金企业自动检测技术的实施与推广具有较好的借鉴意义。
The application and research of automatic detection system in the chemical composition analysis of molten steel was introduced,the sample analysis process was mainly studied.Through the optimization of the pneumatic transport sample,sample preparation,process statistical control and other technologies,the automatic detection system has the advantages of fast analysis speed,high stability,high accuracy.The pneumatic sampling system in the automatic detection line adopts domestic localization technology,which is an automatic analysis line with high cost performance and low operating cost.The system has a good reference significance for the implementation and popularization of automatic detection technology in iron and steel metallurgy enterprises.
