摘要
针对国内某厂低碳铝镇静钢冶炼过程中合金使用成本过高的问题,建立了一种基于钢水实际元素含量和冶炼过程约束条件的合金优化配料模型。依据钢水中的实际元素含量,模型首先严格控制关键元素碳、硅、锰、铝等含量范围,并结合钢厂现有合金料的种类、化学成分、加入量和成本等因素,设定合理的约束条件,采用线性回归的单纯形法解决线性优化问题。模型的目标是在保证钢水成分满足预定要求的前提下,计算出所需添加的合金料量,实现合金添加成本的最小化。研究结果表明,该模型在保持钢液成分符合要求的情况下,能够有效降低合金使用成本。通过模型计算出的优化配料方案,相比实际生产数据,平均合金成本降低了5.84元/t钢。利用模型计算结果不仅能够满足钢液成分的需求,还能降低合金料的组合成本,提高生产效率并降低生产成本。该模型的成功开发为低碳铝镇静钢的生产提供了一种切实可行的成本优化途径,并为钢铁企业提升经济效益提供了理论支持。
To address the issue of high alloy usage costs in the smelting process of low-carbon aluminum-killed steel at a domestic plant,it establishes an alloy optimization batching model based on the actual element content of molten steel and the constraints of the smelting process.Based on the actual elemental content in the molten steel,the model first strictly controls content range of key elements such as carbon,silicon,manganese,aluminum,etc.And then combines factors such as the type,chemical composition,addition amount,and cost of existing alloy materials in the steel plant to set reasonable constraints.The simplex method of linear regression was used to solve the linear optimization problem.The goal of the model is to calculate the required amount of alloy material to be added while ensuring that the composition of the molten steel meets the predetermined requirements,in order to minimize the cost of alloy addition.The research results indicate that the model can effectively reduce the cost of alloy usage while maintaining the required composition of the molten steel.The optimized batching scheme calculated through the model has reduced the average alloy cost per ton of steel by 5.84 CNY compared to actual production data.Using the model's calculation results not only meets the molten steel composition requirements but also reduces the combination cost of alloy additions,thereby improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.The successful application of this model provides a practical and feasible cost optimization approach for the production of low-carbon aluminum killed steel,and provides theoretical support for steel enterprises to improve economic benefits.
