摘要
针对下沟煤矿ZF2822工作面坚硬顶板特厚煤层临空巷道矿压显现问题,采取了爆破和定向长距离钻孔卸压的联合作业手段,应用应力在线监测系统进行实时监测。运用理论分析与现场数据统计分析的综合研究方法,对比分析ZF2822工作面卸压调控前、后的应力变化情况。结果表明:回风顺槽550 m测点位置后方应力明显降低,最大降幅达到22.42%。运输顺槽490 m测点位置后方应力明显降低,最大降幅达到12.31%。回风顺槽侧的应力降幅普遍大于运输顺槽侧,但运输顺槽侧的应力明显降低范围相对较大。
Aiming at the problem of mine pressure in the hard roof and extra-thick coal seam of ZF2822 working face in Xiagou coal mine,a combined operation method of blasting and directional long-distance drilling pressure relief was adopted.The stress on-line monitoring system was used for real-time monitoring,and the comprehensive research method of theoretical analysis and field data statistical analysis was used to evaluate the pressure relief control effect of ZF2822 working face.It was found that the stress behind the 550 m measuring point of the return air crossheading was significantly reduced,and the maximum reduction reached 22.42%.The stress at the rear of the 490 m measuring point of the transport trough is significantly reduced,and the maximum reduction is 12.31%.The stress drop on the side of the return air trough is generally greater than that on the side of the transport trough.The stress reduction range on the side of the transport trough is relatively large,which is about 10 m lower than that of the return air trough.
