综放工作面终采线顶板水力压裂应力调控护巷技术研究

摘要 针对山西宁武榆树坡煤业有限公司5107工作面终采线附近顶板坚硬难垮落,矿压显现严重,留设较大尺寸护巷煤柱会导致煤炭资源浪费的问题,运用理论分析、数值模拟与工程应用相结合的方式,提出5107工作面终采线顶板水力压裂方案,并确定了水力压裂相关参数,研究采用水力压裂进行终采线顶板应力调控对减少大巷扰动应力与变形量的效果。结果表明,现场采用水力压裂技术后,顶板裂缝在恒定压力的作用下得到了有效扩散,切顶卸压应力调控效果良好,巷道变形量保持在较低水平,矿压扰动影响大幅降低,为同类工程提供了有益参考。 In response to the problems of hard and difficult to collapse roof and severe mining pressure near the terminal line of No.5107 working face of Shanxi Ningwu Yushupo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,leaving large-sized protective coal pillars will lead to the waste of coal resources.The hydraulic fracturing scheme of the roof of the terminal line of No.5107 working face was proposed by combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering application.And the relevant parameters of hydraulic fracturing were determined,and the effect of using hydraulic fracturing to control the stress of terminal line roof on reducing disturbance stress and deformation of roadway was studied.The results showed that after using hydraulic fracturing technology on-site,the cracks in the roof were effectively diffused under constant pressure.The stress control effect of roof cutting and pressure relief is good,the deformation of roadway is kept at a low level,and the impact of mining pressure disturbance is greatly reduced,providing useful reference for similar projects.
