马口铁基料冷轧断带原因分析

摘要 针对客户反馈的T-2.5马口铁热轧基料在酸连轧过程中发生轧制断带的问题,对冷硬带及热轧基料原板进行检验分析,发现性能异常卷存在较严重的混晶问题,晶粒度相差5级以上,造成横向力学性能波动较大,进而因应力不均发生断带。通过优化控制控冷制度,解决了混晶及表层粗晶的问题。优化后,性能波动处于较平稳的状态,客户反馈质量良好。 In response to customer feedback on the problem of strip breakage during acid rolling of T-2.5 tinplate hot-rolled base material,inspection and analysis were conducted on the cold hard strip and hot-rolled base material raw plate.It was found that there was a serious mixed crystal problem in the performance abnormal coil,with a grain size difference of more than 5 levels,causing significant fluctuations in transverse mechanical properties and ultimately leading to strip breakage due to uneven stress.By optimizing the control cooling system,the problems of mixed crystals and surface coarse crystals have been solved.After optimization,the performance fluctuation is in a relatively stable state,and the customer feedback quality is good.
