摘要
介绍了我国镀锡基板连续退火机组、汽车板连续退火机组的建设情况,从产品、退火工艺和设备配置上分析了镀锡基板连续退火机组和汽车板连续退火机组的主要区别,提出连续退火机组应该向着专用化方向发展,同时要努力丰富产品品种,汽车板连续退火机组应该适应软钢的超深冲性、高强钢强度等级的逐步提高,以及高表面质量等要求;镀锡基板连续退火机组在具备生产DI材能力的同时,应该向着具备直接生产DR材能力的方向发展。
The construction situation of continuous annealing lines for tinning black plate and automobile steel plate in China were introduced. Main difference of product, annealing process and equipment configuration for continuous annealing line between automobile steel plate and tinning black plate were analyzed. The developing trends of continuous annealing line for cold rolled wide strip in China was prospected.
