摘要
为了揭示支撑辊磨损机理以及支撑辊磨损对热轧板形的影响,使用影响函数法计算了某CVC轧机新支撑辊和磨损的支撑辊对应的辊间压力,并在此基础上研究了辊间摩擦力的大小和方向。结果显示,辊间滑动存在类似于轧制区的前滑和后滑。磨损的支撑辊有放大辊间摩擦力不均匀分布的趋势,从而导致磨损不均匀。对于CVC辊型的工作辊及与其匹配的CVC辊型的支撑辊,辊间摩擦力或支撑辊磨损在沿辊身方向上是非对称的。使用实际生产数据验证了支撑辊磨损对板形控制的影响,并建立了关于支撑辊磨损的板形补偿模型,实际使用效果显著。
In order to reveal the mechanism of support roll wear and the influence of support roll wear on hot-rolled plate shape,the influence function method was used to calculate the inter roll pressure corresponding to the new support roll and the worn support roll of a CVC rolling mill.Based on this,the magnitude and direction of inter roll friction were studied.The results showed that there were forward and backward slides between the rollers,similar to those in the rolling zone.The worn support rollers tend to amplify the uneven distribution of friction between the rollers,resulting in uneven wear.For the working roll of CVC roller type and the supporting roll of CVC roller type matched with it,the friction force between the rolls or the wear of the supporting roll is asymmetric along the roll body direction.The influence of support roller wear on plate shape control was verified using actual production data,and a plate shape compensation model for support roller wear was established,with significant practical results.
