摘要
针对燃煤电厂锅炉受热面普遍存在的磨损问题,围绕其磨损机理及防护措施开展系统研究。通过对飞灰冲刷、高温腐蚀及气流结构等关键影响因素的分析,揭示了受热面磨损的多因素耦合作用机制。在此基础上提出材料涂层优化、燃烧组织调整、防磨结构改进及在线监测等多维防护策略。研究结果可为提升锅炉运行可靠性、延长设备使用寿命提供技术支撑,具有重要工程意义。
A systematic study is conducted on the wear mechanism and protective measures of the heating surface commonly found in coal-fired power plant boilers.By analyzing key influencing factors such as fly ash erosion,high-temperature corrosion,and airflow structure,the multi factor coupling mechanism of heating surface wear was revealed.On this basis,multidimensional protection strategies such as material coating optimization,combustion organization adjustment,wear-resistant structure improvement,and online monitoring are proposed.The research results can provide technical support for improving the reliability of boiler operation and extending the service life of equipment,which has important engineering significance.
