轧制过程中H型钢轧制压力的变化情况分析 被引量:3

摘要 H型钢的轧制压力分布是研究人员非常关心的问题。本文采用显式动力学有限元分析的方法 ,模拟了不同变形参数条件下H型钢在万能轧机中的变形过程 ,得出了影响H型钢轧制压力变化趋势的主要因素 ,并对其产生原因进行了分析。计算结果显示 :轧件腿宽、温度、内宽和腿腰延伸比 ,对轧件腰部轧制压力的变化趋势有比较明显的影响。轧件的腿宽和初始厚度 。 The distribution of the rolling pressure on H-beam is a very important problem. In this paper, the deformation processes of H-beam with different rolling parameters in the universal mill were simulated by explicit dynamic FEM, the main factors influencing the changing tendency of the rolling pressure of H-beam were obtained, and the reasons were also analyzed. The calculated results show that the influences of the flange width, the temperature, the inner width and the ratio of elongation between flange and web on the changing tendency of the rolling pressure of the web are significant. The influence of the flange width and the initial gauge of H-beam on the changing tendency of the rolling pressure of the outer side of the flange are significant.
