超级微波-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定破壁灵芝孢子粉类保健食品中铅含量

Determination of Lead Content in Ganodermalucidum Spore Powder Health Food by Super Microwave-Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立一种简洁高效的检测方法,用于测定破壁灵芝孢子粉类保健食品中铅含量。方法:样品经纯硝酸在超级微波消解仪中完全消解后,用超纯水定容,上石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计测试。结果:方法在质量浓度为0~20μg·L^(-1)时线性关系良好,R^(2)=0.999 4,方法检出限为0.605μg·L^(-1)。在0.05、0.50、5.00 mg·kg^(-1)添加水平下,平均回收率为84.0%~110.0%,相对标准偏差均小于10%。应用该方法检测76份实际样品,铅含量为0.01~0.43 mg·kg^(-1)。结论:所建立的超级微波-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定破壁灵芝孢子粉类保健食品中铅含量的方法高效、准确、可靠,对食品安全监测具有重要意义。 Objective:To establish a simple and efficient detection method for the determination of lead content in health foods such as broken wallGanodermalucidumspore powder.Method:The samples were completely digested with pure nitric acid by super microwave digestion instrument,then made up to volume with ultrapure water and tested by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Result:The method had a good linear relationship in the mass concentration range of 0~20μg·L^(-1),with a correlation coefficient of 0.9994 and a detection limit of 0.605μg·L^(-1).At the addition levels of 0.05,0.50,and 5.00 mg·kg^(-1),the average recovery rate was 84.0%to 110.0%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 10%.The method was used to detect 76 actual samples,and the lead content was 0.01~0.43 mg·kg^(-1).Conclusion:The established method for the determination of lead content in health foods such as broken wall Ganodermalucidumspore powder by super microwave-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is efficient,accurate and reliable,and has important significance for food safety monitoring.
