摘要
目的分析近10年来国内外关于智慧养老的研究热点状况,探究国内外智慧养老领域的研究热点与前沿,为我国智慧养老创新发展提供参考依据。方法检索2013年1月1日-2023年12月31日中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)文献数据库收录的有关智慧养老的研究文献为数据样本,应用VOSviewer软件绘制国家、机构合作网络共线图,采用CiteSpace软件实现关键词的突现图,分析智慧养老领域的研究现状、热点及前沿。结果本研究共纳入有效中文文献996篇,英文文献530篇。分别对发文量进行分析,发现国内外发文量整体均呈上升趋势。通过对国内外关于智慧养老文献的发文国家共现分析、发文机构共现分析、关键词共现及突现分析,发现中文文献研究的热点主要以养老服务为重点研究对象,针对老龄化问题使服务更加适老化。英文文献研究热点则以智能家居和智慧诊疗为主,倾向于智慧平台及服务系统的研究。结论结合国内外智慧养老领域的研究现状,我国未来可加强针对老年人个性化服务的建设,将智慧检测诊疗设备等智能服务方式广泛应用于老年人健康养老服务领域中。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots of smart elderly care at home and abroad in the past 10 years,explore the research hotspots and frontiers in the field of smart elderly care at home and abroad,and provide reference for the innovative development of smart elderly care in China.Methods The research literature on smart elderly care collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)from January 1,2013 to December 31,2023 was retrieved as data samples.VOSviewer software was used to draw the collinear diagram of national and institutional cooperation networks,and CiteSpace software was used to realize the burst diagram of keywords,so as to analyze the research status,hot spots and frontiers in the field of smart elderly care.Results A total of 996 valid Chinese literatures and 530 English literatures were included in this study.The analysis of the number of publications showed that the overall number of publications at home and abroad was on the rise.Through the analysis of the co-occurrence of the countries,the co-occurrence of the institutions,the co-occurrence of the keywords and the analysis of the emergence of the domestic and foreign literatures on the smart elderly care,it is found that the research hot spots on Chinese literatures mainly focus on the elderly care service,and make the service more suitable for the aging problem.Research hotspots on English literatures were mainly based on smart home and smart diagnosis and treatment,and tended to study smart platforms and service systems.Conclusion Combined with the research status of the field smart elderly care at home and abroad,China can strengthen the construction of personalized services for the elderly in the future,and widely apply intelligent service methods such as intelligent detection and diagnosis equipment to the field of health care services for the elderly.
