摘要
医养结合是一种创新的养老模式,旨在解决老年人日益复杂和多样化的养老需求,服务作为核心内容,其供需状况对医养结合养老模式的可持续发展至关重要。文章运用Cite Space软件对从中国知网(CNKI)检索到的417篇文献进行可视化分析,通过对已有研究成果的评述厘清医养结合服务供需研究的脉络。研究发现作者与研究机构均呈现出“整体结构松散,局部联系紧密”的特征。目前的研究多集中在对需求的深入挖掘、养老和医疗保险与服务供需的关系、农村地区服务供需现状、社区和养老机构中的服务供需状况以及“互联网+”医养结合服务供需研究。未来的研究将从医养结合的服务供需适配性、本土化研究以及社区居家、“智慧+”医养服务资源整合等方面开展。
Medical-elderly care integration is an innovative elderly care model aimed at addressing the increasingly complex and diverse needs of the elderly.As its core content,the balance of supply and demand is crucial to the sustainable development of this model.This paper employs the CiteSpace software to conduct a visual analysis of 417 documents retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).By reviewing the existing research findings,the author aims to clarify the logical trajectory and development trends of research on the supply and demand of integrated medical and elderly care services.The results reveal that both authors and research institutions exhibit the characteristic of"a loose overall structure with tight local connections".Current research primarily focuses on in-depth exploration of elderly care demand,the relationship between pension and medical insurance,as well as supply and demand of services.The paper also shows the current status of service supply and demand in rural areas,the situation of service supply and demand in communities and elderly care institutions,and the study on the supply and demand of"Internet+"medical-elderly care integration.Future research will be conducted in directions such as the adaptability of supply and demand in integrated medical and elderly care services,localized research,and the integration of"Smart+"and elderly care services in community-based and home-based settings.
