摘要
目的 分析近10年来国内外关于健康管理的研究热点状况,为我国健康管理理论和实践研究提供指导。方法 以2012年1月1日~2022年12月30日中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)文献数据库收录的有关健康管理的研究文献为样本,应用Vosviewer软件从发文量、作者、发文机构、国家、关键词等方面进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入有效中文文献3 100篇,英文文献4 351篇,国内文献数量10年来呈现波动上升趋势,国外文献数量趋于平缓。中文文献核心作者排名前3位的是李灿东、周光清、孙金海,外文文献核心作者排名前3位的是Garcia Sanz Calcedo、Ita Richardson、Carroll Noel。国内发文量最多的机构是华中科技大学、杭州师范大学、上海交通大学,国外发文量最多的机构是约翰斯·霍普金斯大学、卡迪夫大学、华盛顿大学。英文文献发文量排名前3位的国家是美国、印度、英国,中国位居第5位。国内关键词聚类分析主要以健康管理、慢性病、老年人、糖尿病、高血压等形成高频聚点,国外关键词聚类分析主要以Public health administration、Health services administration、Delivery of health care等形成高频聚点。结论 通过对国内外关于健康管理文献数量的统计、相关研究机构、专家学者的研究分析,国内的健康管理研究热点主要以老年人作为重点对象,以健康教育为促进健康管理的手段,以预防高血压、糖尿病为首要目的;国外研究热点表明单一的健康体检结果已经不能作为健康的唯一标准,将健康调查、健康评估和帮助、健康预防及健康教育融入健康管理体系,以达到有效预防疾病的目的,同时保证了健康体检质量,国外专家还制定了针对全身精密体检专科医师的认定制度,并致力于培养综合性预防医学人才。
Objective To analyze the hot spot of health management research in the past 10 years,and to provide guidance for the theory and practice of health management research.Methods Using research literature on health management collected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wed of Science(WOS)literature databases from Jan 1,2012 to Dec 30,2022 as the research samples.Vosviewer software was used to conduct visualizable analysis from aspects such as publication volume,author,publication institution,country and keywords.Results A total of 3100 effective Chinese literatures and 4351 English literatures were included.The number of domestic literatures fluctuated and increased over the past 10 years,while the number of foreign literatures tended to stabilize.The top 3 core authors of Chinese literature were Li Candong,Zhou Guangqing and Sun Jinhai,while the top 3 core authors of foreign literature were Garcia Sanz Calcedo,Ita Richardson and Carroll Noel.Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Hangzhou Normal University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University had the highest number of publications in China,while Johns Hopkins University,Cardiff University and University of Washington had the highest number of publications abroad.The United States,India and the United Kingdom were the top 3 countries in terms of literature publication volume in English,with China ranking fifth.Cluster analysis of foreign keywords mainly focused on health management,chronic diseases,the elderly,diabetes,hypertension,etc.while cluster analysis of foreign keywords mainly focused on Public health administration,Health services administration,Delivery of health care,etc.Conclusion Domestic research focuse on the elderly,health education promoting health management.The primary purpose is prevention of hypertension and diabetes.Foreign researchers concentrate on the health management,including health investigation,health assessment and assistance,and health education.A single health examination can't be the only indicator of health.Foreign experts have also developed a recognition system for specialized physicians in precision physical examinations,which are committed to cultivate medical professional talents with comprehensive preventive knowledge.
