大思政格局下资助育人的困境、内涵及路径探析

The Realistic Dilemma,Connotations and Path Analysis of Financial-Aid-Driven Moral Education under the Grand Ideological and Political Pattern

摘要 大思政理念强调在育人过程中建立全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人的育人格局。资助作为高校育人工作的重要载体,将大思政理念与资助工作相结合,实现二者的有机融合,是实现立德树人根本任务的必然要求、满足学生全面发展的现实需要,也是推动资助育人工作高质量发展的应有之义。当前,资助工作存在资助对象认定不精准、资助理念过于单一片面、资助体制不够专业化等现实困境。通过“国家—社会—学校—家庭”四方联动,建立全员参与资助育人体系;通过“大一—大二—大三—大四”分阶段针对性资助,实现大学阶段全过程资助育人;通过搭建“五位一体”的资助育人平台,促进学生全方位综合发展,以实现立德树人根本任务。 The grand ideological and political concept emphasizes the establishment of a pattern of educating people in the all staff,the whole process and the all-round way.Financial aid is an important carrier of education in colleges and universities.Combining ideological and political ideas with financial aid to realize the organic integration of the two is an inevitable requirement for realizing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents,satisfying the practical needs of students’all-round development,and promoting the high-quality development of financial aid and education.At present,there are some practical difficulties in the funding work,such as inaccurate identification of funding objects,too one-sided funding concept,and insufficient specialization of funding system.Through the four-way linkage of“state-society-school-family”,the system of all staff participating in moral education is established;“Freshman-sophomore-junior-senior”four stages are funded respectively,achieving the whole process of university stage funding education;A five-dimensional educational platform is built to promote students’all-round and comprehensive development,so as to realize the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.
