摘要
人工智能技术赋能智慧农业发展的支撑作用日益凸显,这一产业变革对涉农高职院校农业人才培养提出新要求,亟需跨学科新型农业人才,而新型农业人才的培养离不开产教融合,需要政校企社等多方主体协同参与,但目前对于多方主体协同育人的有效路径还有待进一步探索。鉴于此,聚焦当前涉农高职院校多元主体协同育人过程中存在的政策不健全、融合不深入、机制不完善和体系不到位等问题,从健全政策制度体系、搭建育人桥梁、完善育人机制、“五金”建设4个维度展开,探索多方协同育人的有效路径,具体包括建立健全政策制度体系,激发多方协同育人动能;以产教融合共同体为载体,搭建多方协同育人桥梁;完善多方协同育人机制,重构协同育人模式;以“五金”为抓手,筑牢多方协同育人基石等,以期为人工智能背景下多方协同培育新型农业人才提供理论基础与实践参考。
The supporting role of artificial intelligence technology in empowering the development of smart agriculture has become increasingly prominent.This industrial transformation has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of agricultural talents in agriculture-related vocational colleges.There is an urgent need for cross-disciplinary new agricultural talents.The cultivation of new agricultural talents is inseparable from the integration of industry and education requires the coordinated participation of multiple entities such as government,school and social organizations.However,at present,effective paths for collaborative education among multiple entities still need to be further explored.In view of this,focusing on the current problems such as imperfect policies,incomplete integration,imperfect mechanisms,and inadequate systems in the process of collaborative education among multiple subjects in agriculture-related vocational colleges,we will focus on improving the policy and institutional system,building education bridges,and Improve the four dimensions of education mechanism and"hardware"construction to explore effective paths for multi-party collaborative education,specifically including establishing and improving policy and institutional systems to stimulate multi-party collaborative education momentum;Using the industry-education integration community as a carrier,we will build a bridge for multi-party collaborative education;improve the multi-party collaborative education mechanism and reconstruct the collaborative education model;use"hardware"as the starting point to build a solid foundation for multi-party collaborative education,etc.,in order to provide a basis for artificial intelligence.Multi-party collaborative cultivation of new agricultural talents provides theoretical basis and practical reference.
