摘要
为了培养出符合企业需求的创新型技能人才,探索职业教育与普通教育相融合的职普融通模式变得越来越重要。研究探讨了职普融通模式在培养创新型技能人才方面的实践与探索。通过分析职普融通模式的定义、发展历程以及核心理念,研究了在我国基础教育阶段实施职普融通模式的策略和作用。研究发现,职普融通模式可以有效促进对创新型技能人才的培养。建议加强政策支持、深化教育改革、推动校企合作和提升教师水平等,以推动职普融通模式的发展。
In order to cultivate innovative and skilled talents that meet the needs of enterprises,exploring the integration of vocational education and general education(known as“Vocational-General Integration”in this context)has become increasingly important.This study explores the practice and exploration of this model in cultivating innovative skilled talents.By analyzing the definition,development history,and core principles of Vocational-General Integration,this study investigates strategies and effects of implementing this model in China’s basic education stage.The findings suggest that Vocational-General Integration effectively promotes the cultivation of innovative skilled talents.It is recommended to strengthen policy support,deepen education reform,promote school-enterprise cooperation,and enhance teachers’level in order to promote the development of Vocational-General Integration.
