摘要
通过对影响职业教育竞争力的因素进行分析,构建了由规模竞争力、基础竞争力、管理竞争力、发展竞争力组成的职业教育竞争力评价指标体系的"钻石模型",用Delphi法和AHP法确定指标权重,并基于灰色关联度的模糊综合评判法建立职业教育综合实力评估模型。以三个院校为例进行评价分析发现,为从根本上提升教育竞争力水平,职业院校需要夯实基础,扩大规模,提高教育教学水平;实施全面质量管理,提高管理竞争力;与时俱进,进行未来发展战略规划。
This paper constructed ＂diamond model＂ for the evaluation index system of vocational education competitiveness including four indicators such as scale, foundation, management and development by analyzing its influence factors; confirmed the weight of indicators by Delphi method, and established the evaluation model for the comprehensive strength of vocational education based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on grey correlation degree. According to the evaluation and analysis on three schools, we found that, in order to fundamentally improve educational competitiveness, vocational schools need to enhance foundation, expand scale and raise education and teaching level; implement total quality management and increase management competitiveness; keep pace with the times and scheme future development strategy.
