摘要
为保证煤矿孤岛工作面岩巷顺利掘进,对TBM进行适应性设计。主机盾体设计呈大梯度阶梯倒锥形结构,水平撑靴+顶撑靴提供支反力设计、配置铲板星轮清渣机构等成功解决孤岛工作面岩巷掘进过程中片帮、漏顶严重易导致卡机、纠偏困难、矸石清运不便等问题。对施工过程掘进参数、综合工效和施工工艺进行总结分析,为类似工程提供了借鉴和经验。
To ensure the smooth excavation of rock roadway in isolated island working faces in coal mine,adaptive design of TBM was carried out.The design of the host shield body adopts a large gradient stepped inverted cone structure,the horizontal gripper shoes and top gripper shoes provides support and reaction force design,and equips with shovel plate star wheel slag cleaning mechanism,which successfully solves the problems that are caused by severe spalling and roof leakage during rock roadway excavation in isolated island working faces,such as machine jamming,difficult correction and inconvenient removal of gangue.Summarized and analyzed the excavation parameters,comprehensive efficiency and construction technology during the construction process,which provides references and experiences for similar projects.
