金桥煤矿风桥施工的研究与应用实践

摘要 针对矿井巷道交叉区域存在的通风短路问题,通过工程地质勘察与通风阻力测算,选定巷道交叉段构筑混凝土风桥结构,沿巷道两帮构筑混凝土隔墙,顶板纵向密排焊接30 kg/m钢轨形成承载骨架,表面敷设双向钢筋网后整体浇筑混凝土,控制钢轨焊接平直度及混凝土振捣密实度,确保结构整体承载能力不低于原岩应力水平。构筑完成的风桥断面保持有效通风面积,实测漏风率低于2.3%,工作面测量风量1082 m^(3)/min。工程应用表明,该结构在承受采动压力下未发生明显变形,保障工作面回采期间通风系统稳定运行,混凝土钢轨复合结构风桥在巷道立体交叉工程中展现显著技术优势,其模块化施工工艺及应力协调机制为深部矿井通风系统优化提供了新的技术路径。 In view of the existing ventilation short circuit problem in roadway intersection areas of mines,through engineering geological investigation and ventilation resistance calculation,a concrete air bridge structure is selected to be constructed in roadway intersection sections.Concrete partition walls are constructed along the two sides of roadways,and 30 kg/m steel rails are close-packed welded longitudinally to form a load-bearing skeleton on the roof,concrete overall pouring is conducted after laying bidirectional steel mesh on the surface;The welding straightness of steel rails and the compactness of concrete vibration are controlled to ensure that the load-bearing capacity of the overall structure is not lower than the original rock stress level,and the construction completed air bridge cross-sections maintain effective ventilation areas,the actual measured air leakage rate is less than 2.3%,the measured air volume on the working face is 1082 m^(3)/min.The engineering applications show that this structure does not occur significant deformation under mining pressure,the stable operation of the ventilation system is ensured during the working face stoping period.The concrete steel rail composite structure air bridge exhibits significant technical advantages in the roadway three-dimensional intersection engineering,its modular construction technique and stress coordination mechanism provide a new technical path for optimizing the ventilation system in deep mines.
