煤矿岩巷TBM选型及针对性设计

Selection and Targeted Design of TBM for Coal Mine Rock Roadway

摘要 全断面掘进机(TBM)以其安全、高效、优质、环保等特点,被广泛应用于地铁、水利、交通等工程项目。随着煤矿采掘失衡现状的凸显,TBM逐步跨界应用于煤矿岩巷掘进领域并取得了良好的效果。但传统TBM机型设计针对性不足已成为制约煤矿岩巷TBM掘进效率发挥的主要原因。通过工程调研及数据对比,分析矿用TBM选型,开挖直径φ4.5 m以上选用敞开式TBM在煤矿岩巷掘进领域更具优势;通过超短空顶距、多自由度锚杆支护、小转弯半径、随掘清渣机构、随掘铺底机构、隐藏式管线布置等针对性设计,TBM对煤矿地质及工况的适应性更强。 The full face Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)is widely used in engineering projects such as subways,water conservancy,and transportation due to its safety,efficiency,quality,and environmental protection characteristics.With the increasing imbalance between coal mining and excavation in coal mining,TBM has gradually been applied in the field of coal mine rock roadway excavation and has achieved good results.However,the lack of targeted design of traditional TBM models has become the main reason restricting the efficiency of TBM excavation in coal mine rock roadways.Through engineering research and data comparison,analyzed the selection of mining TBM.It is more advantageous to use the open type TBM in the field of coal mine rock roadway excavation for diameters above?准4.5 m.Through targeted designs such as ultra short empty top spacing,multi degree of freedom rockbolt support,small turning radius,excavation clearing mechanism,excavation laying mechanism,and hidden pipeline layout,TBM has stronger adaptability to coal mine geology and working conditions.
