摘要
针对窄体履带钻机在复杂井下工况中变幅装置立柱滑轨面临的性能挑战,综合运用多物理场耦合分析方法,深入探究其力学、热学及疲劳特性,并提出创新性的结构优化方案,旨在提升立柱滑轨的综合性能与可靠性。
Aiming at the performance challenges faced by the column slide rail of the luffing device of narrow-body crawler drilling rig under complex underground working conditions,comprehensively used the multi-physical field coupling analysis method to deeply explore its mechanical,thermal and fatigue characteristics,and proposed an innovative structural optimization scheme,aiming to improve the comprehensive performance and reliability of the column slide rail.
