齿轮箱箱体随机振动疲劳寿命分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究CRH380BL动车组齿轮箱箱体随机振动下的疲劳特性,采用Steinberg三区间法对其疲劳特性进行分析。首先,进行有限元建模、模态及谐响应分析,获取箱体六阶关键模态及振幅随频率变化规律。然后,通过ASD加速度功率密度谱,结合三区间法计算三区间等效应力分布。最后,基于S-N曲线和理论公式,结合Fatigue Tool与nCode数值模拟系统,分别计算箱体3个方向15 h总损伤比。结果表明:相较于理论计算损伤比为0.0465,Fatigue Tool和nCode数值模拟系统结果分别为0.0448、0.0447,偏差分别为3.72%、3.90%。满足设计要求的同时,理论与模拟结果的高度吻合,一定程度上验证了2个数值模拟系统的数据准确性。 In order to study the fatigue characteristics of the gearbox case of CRH380BL EMU under random vibration,the fatigue characteristics were analyzed by using the Steinberg three-interval method.Firstly,finite element modeling,modal and harmonic response analysis were carried out to obtain the sixth-order key modes of the case and the amplitude variation law with frequency.Then,the ASD acceleration power density spectrum was used to calculate the equivalent stress distribution of the three intervals by combining the three-interval method.Finally,based on the S-N curve and theoretical formula,combined with the Fatigue Tool and nCode numerical simulation system,the 15h total damage ratio of the case in three directions was calculated respectively.The results show that compared with the theoretical damage ratio of 0.0465,the results of Faligue Tool and nCode numerical simulation system are 0.0448 and 0.0447,respectively,and the deviations are 3.72%and 3.90%,respectively.While satisfying the design requirements,the theory and simulation results are in good agreement,and the data accuracy of the two numerical simulation systems is verified to a certain extent.
