摘要
环己基苯法制备苯酚联产环己酮是替代异丙苯法的新工艺,环己基苯过氧化氢(CHBHP)的酸催化分解制备苯酚和环己酮是该工艺的关键步骤。本研究采用对苯乙烯磺酸钠与2-羟基丙烯酸酯在溶剂热条件下共聚,然后通过酸介质离子交换制备磺酸功能化聚合物固体酸催化剂,考察了不同烯烃单体加入量的磺酸功能化聚合物在CHBHP分解反应中的性能。结果表明:对苯乙烯磺酸钠与2-羟基丙烯酸酯的投料比为0.81(物质的量之比)时,制备的催化剂结构和性能最优。催化CHBHP分解反应的优选条件:环己基苯氧化液原料中CHBHP的浓度为22.3%(质量分数),催化剂用量为环己基苯氧化液质量的3.0%,反应温度为80℃,酸解时间为2 h。在此条件下,CHBHP的转化率达到98.2%,苯酚选择性为84.7%,环己酮选择性为81.7%。本研究为CHBHP固体酸催化体系的构建提供了有效的借鉴。
The preparation of phenol and cyclohexanone via cyclohexylbenzene process represents a novel process that substitutes the traditional cumene process.The acid-catalyzed decomposition of cyclohexylbenzene hydroperoxide(CHBHP)to produce phenol and cyclohexanone is a critical step in this process.In this study,sodium styrene sulfonate and 2-hydroxyacrylate were copolymerized under solvothermal conditions,and then sulfonic acid-functionalized polymer solid acid catalysts were fabricated through ion exchanging in acid medium.The performance of sulfonic acid-functionalized polymers prepared with varying amounts of olefin monomers in CHBHP decomposition reaction was investigated.The results indicated that the catalyst H-PHEA-0.81-SO3H prepared with a molar ratio of 0.81 of sodium styrene sulfonate to 2-hydroxyacrylate,exhibited the optimal structure and performance.The optimized decomposition reaction conditions were as follows:the concentration of CHBHP in the cyclohexylbenzene oxidation solution was 22.3%(mass fraction),the catalyst dosage was 3.0%of the mass of cyclohexylbenzene oxidation solution,the reaction temperature was 80℃and the acid hydrolysis time was 2 h.Under these conditions,the conversion rate of CHBHP reached 98.2%,the selectivity of phenol was 84.7%and the selectivity of cyclohexanone was 81.7%.This study provided effective reference for the construction of solid acid catalytic system of CHBHP decomposition.
