摘要
对制备苯甲酸甲酯的树脂催化剂进行了研究,考察了催化剂种类、用量、原料物质的量比、反应时间、反应温度等对酯化收率的影响。结果表明,阴离子交换树脂有更好地催化性能,在IRA410氯型交换树脂催化作用下,苯甲酸酐用量5g,醇酸摩尔比10∶1,催化剂/苯甲酸酐质量比1∶5,105°C反应3.5h,酯化收率可达85.3%。
In this paper we studied the ion-exchange resin catalysts for preparation of methyl benzoate. The effects of the catalyst types,catalyst consumption,reactant molar ratio,temperature and reaction time on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the anion-exchange resins exhibited much higher catalytic activities than the cation-exchange resin. The optimum conditions were established: the dose of benzoic anhydride is 5 g,the mol ratio of benzoic anhydride to methanol was 1∶10,the temperature was105° C,the time of reaction was 3. 5 h and the dosage of the catalyst was 20%. Under the optimum reaction conditions the yield of methyl benzoate was 85. 3%.
