青少年非自杀性自伤问题消解何以可能——基于优势视角的实践探索

How Can Adolescent Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Be Resolved?--A Practical Exploration Based on the Strengths Perspective

摘要 青少年是发生非自杀性自伤行为的高危群体,探究有效的干预路径,对促进其健康成长及应对公共卫生挑战具有重要意义。本文基于优势视角理论,以W机构青少年个案为例,探讨消解青少年非自杀性自伤问题的干预路径。实践表明,社会工作者基于优势视角理论,运用转变对话方式、营造从“被动应对”到“积极参与”的服务氛围,由内而外地挖掘资源优势、以梦想为导向激发行动力,发掘并分析“例外”情况以制定有效应对策略,提供动态化支持,持续收集成效证据等具体工作方法,有效引导青少年完成对内外优势资源的识别、整合、应用和内化,最终实现非自杀性自伤行为消减与可持续发展能力培育的双重目标。值得注意的是,优势视角在实践应用中仍面临干预成效滞后所带来的系统性压力,以及“支持性环境”假设在现实情境中遭遇的困境与风险异化问题,尚需进一步探索和回应。 Adolescents is a high-risk group for non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI).Identifying effective intervention pathways is therefore vital for both individual development and broader public-health responses.Grounded in the strengths perspective theory and drawing on a single-case study from Agency W,this paper discusses on the intervention pathway for resolving adolescent non-suicidal self-injury.Practice shows that social workers,guided by the strengths perspective,employ several concrete methods:shifting conversational styles to move service users from passive coping to active engagement;uncovering and leveraging internal and external resources from the inside out;using future-oriented dreams to catalyze agency;identifying and analyzing"exceptions"to craft targeted coping strategies;providing dynamic support;and continuously collecting evidence of change.These approaches can effectively guide the adolescent through the processes of recognizing,integrating,applying,and internalizing strengths,ultimately achieving dual goals—reducing NSSI and cultivating sustainable development capacities.It should be noted,however,that applying the strengths perspective still confronts systemic pressure arising from delayed intervention outcomes and the risk that the assumption of a"supportive environment"may be undermined or distorted in real-world settings.These challenges require further exploration and response.
