无人机动力系统测试装置设计和研究

摘要 为了弥补小型无人机动力系统测试装置相关研究的不足,文中围绕可调节旋翼摆放角度的无人机动力系统测试装置进行研究和设计。为满足实际应用需求,提出一种2自由度的无人机动力系统测试装置设计方案,包括设备台架和数据采集系统,模拟无人机飞行动作并进行动力系统测试。试验结果表明:转速最大相对误差约为0.658%,测量精度较高,该无人机动力系统测试装置的设备台架结构合理,数据采集系统具有较高的稳定性和可靠性,满足工程实际应用需求。 Currently,there is little research on the test facilities for small UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle)power systems.This article focuses on the design and research of such test facilities with adjustable rotor-placement angles.To meet practical application requirements,a design scheme is proposed for the two-degree-of-freedom test facility,which is specifically design for UAV power systems.This facility with an equipment rack and a data-acquisition system,simulates the UAV flight behavior and conducts the power system test.The results show that the maximum relative error of the rotor speed is approximately 0.658%,with higher accuracy in measurement.The test facility’s equipment rack has a reasonable structure,and the data-acquisition system is highly stable and reliable,thus meeting the requirements of practical engineering and application.
