过瘤胃精氨酸对崂山奶山羊瘤胃发酵参数、瘤胃及肠道微生物区系的影响

Effects of rumen-protected arginine on rumen fermentation parameters and microbial communities in rumen and intestine of Laoshan dairy goats

摘要 试验旨在探究过瘤胃精氨酸(RP-Arg)对崂山奶山羊瘤胃发酵参数、瘤胃及肠道微生物区系的影响。选用体重相近、产奶量(1.79±0.46)kg/d、产后(63.9±10.2)d的2~3胎崂山奶山羊20只,随机分为2个组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加50 g/(只·d)的RP-Arg。预试期15 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组瘤胃液pH值显著降低(P<0.05);氨态氮和总挥发性脂肪酸含量极显著升高(P<0.01);丁酸与异丁酸含量显著升高(P<0.05)。瘤胃微生物组分析显示,试验组髌骨菌门相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05);奎因氏菌属相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05),瘤胃拟杆菌群相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05)。肠道微生物组分析显示,试验组迷踪菌门相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05);瘤胃球菌科未定属菌群、UCG-009、厌氧孢子杆菌属、迷踪菌属、真杆菌属卷曲菌群、严格梭菌属6群、克里斯滕森菌科未定属菌群相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05);厌氧弧菌属和氢厌氧杆菌属相对丰度极显著增加(P<0.01),拟杆菌目未定科菌群相对丰度极显著降低(P<0.01)。研究表明,饲粮中添加50 g/(只·d)的RP-Arg,可以改善崂山奶山羊瘤胃发酵功能,促进有益微生物的增殖,提升营养物质利用效率,并通过调控氢代谢路径降低甲烷排放。 The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of rumen-protected arginine(RP-Arg)on the rumen fermentation parameters and microbial communities in the rumen and intestine of Laoshan dairy goats.A total of twenty 2~3 parity Laoshan dairy goats with similar body weight,milk yield(1.79±0.46)kg/d,and postpartum(63.9±10.2)d were randomly divided into two groups with 10 replicates per group and one goat per replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet,while the experimental group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 50 g/d of RP-Arg per goat.The pre-test period was 15 days,and the formal test period was 60 days.The results showed that the pH value of the rumen fluid in the experimental group significantly decreased(P<0.05),the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen and total volatile fatty acids increased extremely(P<0.01),the concentrations of butyric acid and isobutyric acid increased significantly(P<0.05).The rumen microbial group analysis showed that,the relative abundance of the Patescibacteria phylum was significantly increased in the experimental group(P<0.05).The relative abundance of the Quinella genus was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the relative abundance of rumen Bacteroides ruminicola group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The intestinal microbial group analysis showed that,the relative abundance of Elusimicrobiota was significantly increased(P<0.05).The relative abundance of the Ruminococcaceae_unclassified,UCG-009,Anaerovibrio,Elusimicrobium,Eubacterium coprostanoligenes group,Clostridium sensu stricto 6,and Christensenellaceae_unclassified was significantly increased(P<0.05),the relative abundance of Anaerovibrio and Hydrogenoanaerobacterium was extremely increased(P<0.01),and the relative abundance of the Bacteroidales_unclassified abundance was extremely decreased(P<0.01).The study shows that adding 50 g/d of RP-Arg per goat to the diet can optimize the rumen fermentation function of Laoshan dairy goats,promote the proliferation of beneficial microorganisms,improve the utilization efficiency of nutrients,and reduce methane emissions by regulating the hydrogen metabolism pathway.
