摘要
为了深入理解情感作为新闻生产资源的实践逻辑,本文采用个案分析法与内容分析法,来审视主流媒体在突发公共事件中的情感传播模式与引导策略。研究发现,主流媒体通过道德、国家和民生的情感传播模式适配舆论的情绪演化,并通过情感表达、共情互动的方式超越传统单向叙事模式,构建起与受众交互的情感双循环机制,实现了从情感动员、情感引导到情感治理的转变,这一路径为数字时代主流媒体的情感治理提供了实践层面的经验性探索。
To investigate the practical logic of emotion as a resource in news production,this study employs case analysis and content analysis to examine the emotional communication modes and guidance strategies adopted by mainstream media during sudden public incidents.The findings reveal that mainstream media align their emotional communication modes—grounded in moral,national,and livelihood-related dimensions—with the emotional dynamics of public opinion.By integrating emotional expression and empathetic interaction,they transcend traditional unidirectional narratives,establishing a dual-cycle emotional mechanism that fosters bidirectional engagement with audiences.This approach facilitates a strategic transition from emotional mobilization and guidance to emotional governance.Furthermore,this study offers empirical insights into the emotional governance strategies of mainstream media in the digital era.
