基于GEE的2017-2024年渤海海冰时空变化特征分析

摘要 利用2017—2024年Sentinel-2卫星数据,通过Google Earth Engine(GEE)平台结合随机森林算法,对渤海海冰进行了监督分类和时空分析。研究结果显示,渤海海冰面积在不同年份间呈现显著波动,并且主要集中在辽东湾。研究揭示了渤海海冰分布的周期性特征,表明海冰的时空变化与区域气候变化密切相关,为渤海地区的海冰预报和灾害应急响应提供了科学依据,对提高区域海洋资源利用与防灾减灾能力具有重要意义。 Employing the Sentinel-2 satellite data from 2017 to 2024,the supervised classification and spatio-temporal analysis of the sea ice in the Bohai Sea are carried out via the Google Earth Engine platform in combination with the random forest algorithm.The research findings indicate that the area of sea ice in the Bohai Sea fluctuates significantly among different years and is mainly concentrated in the Liaodong Bay.The cyclical distribution patterns of sea ice in the Bohai Sea are revealed by the study,demonstrating that the spatio-temporal variations in sea ice are closely related to regional climate changes.This research provides scientific insights that are critical for the forecasting of sea ice and the implementation of disaster emergency response in the Bohai Sea region.Moreover,it contributes to enhancing the utilization of marine resources and improving disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities in the area.
