摘要
简要记述了渤海发生的海冰灾害,分析了灾害的成因及其长期变化趋势,提出了防御海冰灾害的对策.
The disasters caused by sea ice in the Bohai Sea and north Yellow Sea were briefly reviewed. The intrensic cause of the disasters was analysed and an outlook on the lon-grun trend of the occurrence of sea-ice disasters was given. The strategy in taking defense measures against such disasters was advanced.
