摘要
给出了渤、黄海60a来海冰灾害的基本状况,总结和分析了海冰对我国海洋经济的主要影响和危害。同时,从工程和非工程两个方面提出了海冰防灾减灾的构思和对策。
The general situation on the disaster of sea ice in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea in the past 60 years are presented,and the main effects and hazards of sea ice to the marine economy of China are summarized and analyzed.Meanwhile,defense countermeasures and conceptions for preventing and reducing the sea-ice disasters are also suggested from the aspects of engineering and non-engineering defense.
