摘要
为进一步推进长沙市设施渔业的发展,发挥设施渔业在乡村振兴中的作用,分析了长沙市设施渔业发展现状及存在的主要问题,包括建设用地选址难、补贴政策门槛较高、建设运营成本高、技术支撑力度不足、疫病防控难度增大、品牌建设力度不足等,提出了完善用地政策、加大资金支持力度、加强技术研发、打造复合型专业人才、加大品牌打造力度、搭建信息平台等对策建议。
In order to further promote the development of facility fishery in Changsha City and give full play to the role of facility fishery in rural revitalization,the study analyzes the current status and existing main problems of the development of facility fishery in Changsha City.Main problems are as follows:the site selection for construction land is difficult;the threshold for subsidy policies is relatively high;the construction and operation costs are high;the technical support is insufficient;the difficulty of disease prevention and control increases;the efforts in brand building are inadequate.Hence,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,including improving land use policies,increasing financial support,strengthening technological research and development,cultivating compound professional talents,intensifying brand building efforts,and establishing an information platform.
