摘要
本文在探讨设施渔业定义的基础上,从陆基设施渔业和海基设施渔业两方面深入总结剖析了福建省设施渔业的发展现状和不足,提出在巩固提高原有水产设施养殖水平的基础上,从节水减排、节地高产、节时高效、抗风消浪四个方面进一步促进福建省设施渔业发展的对策建议,以期为福建省新时期设施渔业建设工作提供参考。
On the basis of investigating the definition of facility fishery, the paper summarized and analyzed development status and deficiency of the facility fisheries in Fujian from to aspects of land - based and sea - based facility fishery, and proposed the countermeasures and advices in the basis of consolidating and improving the facility fishery farming level, to further promote the development of facility fishery in Fujian from four aspects：water conservation and waste reduction, land conservation and high production, saving time and high efficiency, and wind resistance and wave elimination, looking forward to provide a reference for the construction of facility fishery in Fujian in new era.
