摘要
水产养殖业是我国农业经济的重要组成部分。为了更加全面系统的进行水产养殖业的效益评价,需要建立一个完善的水产养殖业综合效益评价的指标体系,并筛选出适用于水产养殖业综合效益评价的理论方法。将综合效益评价初步定义为经济效益、社会效益和生态效益评价的总和。通过对以往国内外水产养殖业及其他产业的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益评价的文献回顾,建立了包括经济效益评价、社会效益评价、生态效益评价共3个一级指标,12个二级指标和54个三级指标在内的水产养殖业综合效益评价体系,并通过对效益评价方法的整理,探索概括出可用于水产养殖业综合效益评价的理论方法。可为以后水产养殖业综合效益评价或经济效益、社会效益和生态效益中某一具体效益的评价提供指标和方法依据。
Aquaculture industry is an important part of our national agricultural economy. In order to evaluate aquaculture industry＇s benefits entirely, we need build a overall aquaculture industry total benefits evaluation target system and screen out methods which are suitable for evaluating aquaculture industry＇s benefits. Just believe that total benefit involve economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits. So by reviewing literature about aquaculture industry＇s and other industry＇s economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits of former domestic and overseas, build aquaculture industry total benefits evaluation target system which involve 3 stair indexes, 12 secondary indexes and 54 three-level indexes. By clearing up methods of benefit evaluation, summarize suitable aquaculture industry total benefits evaluation＇s methods. These are indexes and method＇s basis for evaluating aquaculture imlustry total benefits or economic benefits or social benefits or ecological benefits.
