摘要
教育家精神作为新时代教师职业理想的核心,涵盖理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求维度。这些维度在以往教师评价体系中常常遭遇工具理性的压缩和量化标准的简化,从而失去了其应有的深厚人文关怀和教育意义。已有的教师评价体系使得教育家精神难以落地,在这一背景下,教育家精神自身作为评价教师的标准,如何引领教师评价转型,补充甚至替代已有的教师评价体系,成为教师评价体系创新的关键。行动者网络理论为教育家精神转化为教师评价标准提供了分析框架,能够化解以往教师评价所存在的问题。教育家精神转化为教师评价标准面临着制度性异化、教师角色的边缘化以及技术工具的规训等多重困境。通过应用行动者网络理论,教育家精神的转译被视为多方行动者--包括政策文件、教育管理者、教师、技术工具等--互动协作的过程,并依托制度、主体和技术三个维度完成教育家精神在教师评价中的全面实现。
As the core of the professional ideals of teachers in the new era,the spirit of educators encompasses dimensions such as ideal beliefs,moral sentiments,educational wisdom,dedicated attitude,benevolent heart,and the pursuit of spreading education.In previous teacher evaluation systems,these dimensions often encountered compression by instrumental rationality and simplification through quantifiable standards,thereby losing their inherent deep humanistic care and educational significance.The existing teacher evaluation systems have made it difficult for the spirit of educators to be realized.Against this backdrop,the spirit of educators itself,as a standard for evaluating teachers,plays a critical role in guiding the transformation of teacher evaluation,supplementing or even replacing the existing evaluation systems,which becomes the key to the innovation of teacher evaluation frameworks.Actor-Network Theory provides an analytical framework for transforming the spirit of educators into teacher evaluation standards,offering solutions to the issues in previous evaluation systems.The transformation of the spirit of educators into teacher evaluation standards faces multiple dilemmas,including institutional alienation,the marginalization of teachers'roles,and the disciplining effects of technological tools.By applying Actor-Network Theory,the translation of the spirit of educators is seen as an interactive and collaborative process involving multiple actors-such as policy documents,education administrators,teachers,and technological tools-and is completed through the interplay of institutional,subject and technological dimensions,thus ensuring the comprehensive realization of the spirit of educators in teacher evaluation.
