摘要
随着我国教育事业的快速发展,新时代教育改革对教师队伍建设提出了更高要求。但在教育家精神融入师范生教育的过程中存在理论认知与理解局限、课程融入系统性缺失、实践性体验缺乏、文化涵育薄弱等问题。因此,师范院校应坚持以教育家精神铸魂强师,结合专业特色精准定位培养目标,通过加强学习、课程融入、创新实践、厚植文化生态等途径,将教育家精神全程、全方位深度融入师范生培养的每一个环节,坚定其职业认同感,培养具有弘道追求、创新躬耕、大我情怀、育人智慧的教育家型教师。
With the rapid development of China’s education cause,educational reforms in the new era have set higher demands for the development of teaching staff.However,in the process of integrating the spirit of educators into the education of normal university students,there exist such problems as limitations in theoretical cognition and understanding,lack of systematic integration into courses,insufficiency in practical experience,and weakness in cultural cultivation.Therefore,normal colleges and universities should adhere to fostering teachers’souls and strengthening the teaching staff with the spirit of educators.Combining professional characteristics and accurately positioning training objectives,they should deeply integrate the spirit of educators into every link of normal students’training in the whole process and in an all-round way through such approaches as strengthening learning,integrating into courses,innovating practices,and cultivating cultural ecology,so as to strengthen their professional identity and cultivate educator-type teachers with the pursuit of promoting Dao,innovative dedication,a broad-minded spirit,and educational wisdom.
