摘要
以某燃煤电厂ZGM型中速磨煤机为例,计算并比较该电厂常用煤种的爆炸性指数,在此基础上分析磨煤机出口温度、磨煤机总风量、煤种及给煤量的变化对出口CO体积分数的影响。结果表明,磨煤机出口温度和总风量的变化对出口CO体积分数的影响并不明显,磨制印尼褐煤的磨煤机相较于磨制其他几种煤的磨煤机,CO体积分数的变化更明显,这与分析爆炸性指数得到的结论一致。
Taking the ZGM type medium-speed coal mill of coal-fired power plant as an example,the explosion indexes of commonly used coal types are calculated and compared,and the effects of outlet temperature,total air quantity,coal type,and coal feeding amount of the coal mill on outlet CO volume fraction are analyzed.The results indicate that changes in outlet temperature and total air quantity of the coal mill exhibit no significant influence on outlet CO volume fraction,and the coal mill grinding Indonesian lignite has a more significant change in CO volume fraction compared to the coal mills grinding other types of coal,aligning with the conclusions derived from explosion index analysis.
