摘要
CFB锅炉具有大时滞、强耦合、多变量等特点,运行人员在调控时难以准确掌握各项参数,进而使得真实负载始终处在动态调整的范围内,从而制约了CFB锅炉的平稳、高效运转。针对300MW循环流化床锅炉,对锅炉在满负荷与50%负荷运行工作时的静态参量给煤量、石灰石量、锅炉效率进行计算及分析,利用Fluent软件对煤粉的燃烧进行仿真。通过研究锅炉静态特性,可为运行人员提供数据的支承,也为CFB锅炉在滞后、耦合方面的研究奠定了一定基础。
CFB boilers have characteristics such as large time delay,strong coupling,and multiple variables.It is difficult for operators to accurately grasp various parameters during regulation,which in turn keeps the real load within the dynamic adjustment range,thereby restricting the smooth and efficient operation of CFB boilers.This paper calculates and analyzes the static parameters of coal feeding rate,limestone amount,and boiler efficiency for a 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler operating at full load and 50%load.Fluent software is used to simulate the combustion of coal powder.By studying the static characteristics of boilers,data support can be provided for operators,and a certain foundation has been laid for the research on hysteresis and coupling of CFB boilers.
